i know a lot of this is subjective but you should seriously consider the following: - get a different pot, the one you have look too heavy, a Toaks or snowpeak Titanium pot will cut down on weight. - line your pack with a plastic bag to minimize water getting your stuff wet, especially if you have a down quilt/bag then it will ruin the insulation and loft of it until it gets dry again. - get some more comfortable clothes, your current outfit looks terribly heavy and uncomfortable, get some trail running shoes or lighter hiking boots, and a hardshell with a fleece underneath. - Get a headlamp, its more versatile when cooking and on the trail. i recommend the Black Diamon 325, it has a red light so you don't loose your night vision, and have plenty of features like strobe and high lumen output. reducing your base weight will greatly improve your journey.
